All international students are automatically enrolled in this insurance plan at registration, unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished.

Credit hour requirement can be met by a combination of online and on campus, not to exceed 50% online.

Eligible students may also enroll their dependents.

Enrollment must be within 31 days of the qualifying event. Newborn enrollment must be within 60 days after birth. You may be requested to provide documentation verifying the date of the qualifying event (e.g. birth certificate, marriage license, I-94 travel history, boarding pass, letter showing a loss of coverage). Coverage will be effective beginning the first day following your loss of coverage.
