If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Fall - 07/08/2025 - 09/05/2025
Spring - 11/07/2025 - 01/08/2026
Summer - 04/01/2026 - 05/31/2026
The Spring waiver period ended 01/08/2026. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.
